Lead Cabinetmaker
Senior level role working closely with our shop foreman and operations lead to oversee fabrication and on-site installation of high-end residential millwork projects. Expertise in both shop and field work. 5-10 years experience and strong leadership skills required. Compensation is negotiable and competitive.
Finishing Tech
Intermediate/entry-level position assisting the head finisher in the booth with spray and hand-applied wood finishes. Attention to detail is paramount. This position is a flexible role with daily tasks often including work on the fabrication floor. Experience is preferred, but attitude, curiosity and reliability go a long way.
Installer
Installer role responsible for on-site installation of high-end residential millwork and cabinetry, working closely with the shop team to ensure a seamless transition from fabrication to final install. Strong attention to detail and experience with fine finishes required. 3-5 years of installation experience preferred.
